Join the Heritage Jam (25-26 Sept 2015)

September 15, 2015
The Heritage Jam 2015 is an initiative set up through the University of York’s Department of Archaeology (york.ac.uk/archaeology) to enable creative industry practitioners, academics, heritage professionals and members of the general public to engage with heritage visualisation in fun, creative and meaningful ways through rapid prototyping of artwork, comics, games, audio, film and more. The Jam will run both in-person and remotely, offering the opportunity for participants to either stay with us at King’s Manor (we’re hosting a sleepover on 25-26 Sept!) or contribute through our online forums. We will be working in partnership with the Yorkshire Museum, visiting their collections, and otherwise collaborating with interested individuals from around the world. Please join us for what will be an incredible experience!
